Full-time Temporary Positions

Pay: $12.83 – $15.00/hour (depending on experience and need)

Location: San Bernardino and the surrounding area

Duration: Approx. 4 months (720 hours)

Examples of Job Duties:

  • Data Entry
  • Answering phones and making outbound calls; taking messages
  • Filing and sorting documents
  • Creating and updating spreadsheets
  • Photocopying, faxing, and scanning
  • Typing documents and correspondence
  • Updating and maintaining databases

Computer skills required (assessments will be given):

  • Data Entry: 10 key speed of 8,000 kph is preferred
  • Typing: 40+ wpm
  • Basic Word/Excel: 75% or better

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass background check (No DUI’s, misdemeanors, felonies, welfare fraud, etc.)
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is critical
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
